Will I be contacted before delivery?

Absolutely! We will put a call through to the mobile number provided on the delivery contact details on the order invoice so please ensure that you input an active number.

Can I make bulk purchases?

Who will deliver my order?

The delivery of your order may be done by either of OyaConstruct’s trusted and tested logistic partners or by the seller/seller agent, however the case we will do our best to ensure that it is in your (customer’s) best interest and that your order is delivered within our estimated delivery time frame. In the case of any delay, you will be communicated duly.

Which cards do you accept?

We currently accept MasterCard, Visa Card and Verve Cards respectively.

My order is taking too long. What do I do?

Kindly send us an email at contact@oyaconstruct.com or call +234 708 227 4783 with your order number and perhaps other relevant contact details as it is on your order invoice, we will give you an update regarding your order status and we may also speed up delivery.

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order online by signing in through www.oyaconstruct.com, going to your account page, going to orders and cancelling your order or email us at contact@oyaconstruct.com or call +234 708 227 4783 with the order number and we will assist you with the cancellation.

Are online prices the same as in-store?

Yes! However, with exceptions to promotional offers and exclusive online discounts, prices of products on the website match the in-store price.

How long does a refund take?

We shall allow for returns of the incorrect item (s) or defective product (s) as long as it has not been tampered with or used by the customer (s), and this return period is within five (5) working days after delivery. Please see our privacy policy for more details.

Do you offer home services/installation?

How do I return a product?

Please be informed that most of the products on our website are sold by third parties (sellers) and as such, a seller reserves the right to decide whether or not a product can be returned as well as delivery and payment methods, endeavour to go through the product details before placing your order. If a vendor (seller) allows for a product to be returned, customers can then write to OyaConstruct through contact@oyaconstruct.com or call +234 708 227 4783 for proper investigation and approval/return authorisation.
