Your order indicates your acceptance to purchase a product (s) which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation of the order being completed and also call you to re-affirm your request to purchase the said product (s) after which we process, notify you of readiness and that we’ve dispatched that product (s) to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order that we have not confirmed in Dispatch Confirmation E-mail do not form part of that contract.
- Pricing and availability
Depending on the price of products when they are first uploaded on our website, despite our efforts, a small number of the products in our catalog may be mispriced at the time of purchase. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and have the product/item (s) delivered to the customer. If a product’s correct price however is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you (customer) for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Please note that delivery time is just dispatch estimates but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery if otherwise, you (customer) shall be communicated.
