- Our contract
Your order indicates your acceptance to purchase a product (s) which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation of the order being completed and also call you to re-affirm your request to purchase the said product (s) after which we process, notify you of readiness and that we’ve dispatched that product (s) to you. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. Any products on the same order that we have not confirmed in Dispatch Confirmation E-mail do not form part of that contract.
- Pricing and availability
Depending on the price of products when they are first uploaded on our website, despite our efforts, a small number of the products in our catalog may be mispriced at the time of purchase. Rest assured, however, that we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If a product’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and have the product/item (s) delivered to the customer. If a product’s correct price however is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you (customer) for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. All prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
We list availability information for products sold by us on the website. Beyond what we say on that page or otherwise on the website, we cannot be more specific about availability. Please note that delivery time is just dispatch estimates but we will do our best to ensure timely delivery if otherwise, you (customer) shall be communicated. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order turn out to be unavailable.

Oyaconstruct.com sells products for purchase by and to consenting adults. If you are under 18, you may use Oyaconstruct.com only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause that is beyond our reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.

If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.
- Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. You agree, as we do, to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the district of Abuja City.
